The Commandments of Jesus

Jesus pronouncing commandments to a small gathering of people.

Introduction

Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15). To follow His words, we must first know them and invite God to guide us in living them out. This page compiles more than 120 of Jesus’ commandments, drawn from the four Gospels and Revelation, organized into 15 thematic categories for easy reference. Each commandment includes supporting Bible verses. While others might group or count these differently, this list offers a reliable starting point to understand and apply Jesus’ teachings.
